The Heart Behind Jacob’s Ladder

Jacob’s Ladder was not built from theory. It was built from lived experience.

I’ve built a preschool, a wellness center, consulted with growing businesses, and written books — all rooted in structure, growth, and meaningful connection.

Then I became the mother of a neurodivergent child. And everything shifted.

I began to see what most systems overlook — the invisible weight caregivers carry. The advocacy. The uncertainty. The exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix.

Caregivers are expected to hold everything together — without a place to set anything down.
Jacob’s Ladder feels less like a new idea and more like a culmination of everything I’ve lived and built. I never imagined starting something like this...ever.
And yet — here we are.

This work would not exist without my husband. His steadiness and belief have made this possible. What a gift he is to our family and to this mission.

Because caregivers deserve support before they collapse.
Because children deserve spaces that build real confidence.
Because families deserve to feel less alone.

We hold the ladder for you.
Our Board
Jacob’s Ladder is guided by experienced leaders committed to strengthening support for caregivers and neurodivergent children.
Advisory Council
These advisors were not randomly selected. They were chosen for the wisdom they carry, the perspective they bring, and the care they have for families navigating complex systems.
Jacob’s Ladder is building something intentional in Las Vegas...a space where caregivers are no longer invisible and children are supported in ways that honor their strengths, their wiring, and their potential.

This work is held by lived experience, structure, and people who believe families should not have to do this alone.

We hold the ladder for you.
