Staci Frazier

For more than 35 years, my life has been shaped by caring for children and walking alongside families through some of their most tender and challenging moments. I’m a mother of three, one of whom was a micro-preemie, and a grandmother of two, including one who is extremely medically fragile. These experiences changed me forever. They taught me what it means to love fiercely, to advocate relentlessly, and to never take a single moment for granted.

My journey into special needs advocacy didn’t begin in a classroom or an office. It began in hospital rooms, therapy appointments, and long nights filled with worry, hope, and prayer. I understand the fear parents carry and the deep desire to protect, support, and fight for their children.

Professionally, I’ve taught preschool, spent 16 years in Illinois Early Intervention, led an Early Intervention company in Nevada, and worked hands-on with medically fragile children. I’ve supported NICU parents, bilingual families, and children whose needs are often misunderstood or overlooked.

Milestone Family Solutions was created from my heart and my lived experience. My goal is simple: to help families feel safe, supported, and truly seen. I look forward to meeting you and walking this journey together.
